We provide calculation-driven structural engineering services, including full structural analysis and design, permit-ready stamped drawings, load-bearing wall removal assessments, foundation and retaining wall design, shoring and soil-nail/shotcrete engineering review, structural condition reports, and architectural-to-structural conversion for residential, commercial, and small infrastructure projects.

How do I submit my project drawings?
You can upload your drawings directly through the contact page on the website or email them in PDF format. If you have DWG files, they can be shared as supporting documents. Photos of the existing conditions are also helpful.
Engineering design fees are provided up front. Construction costs should be confirmed with contractors, as pricing is outside the scope of engineering services.
Do you provide cost estimates or budgeting?
Are your drawings permit-ready?
Yes. All drawings, reports, and structural calculations are prepared in accordance with the Ontario Building Code, NBCC, and CSA standards, and are stamped by a licensed P.Eng for municipal permit submission.
Yes. All engineering work is completed and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the Province of Ontario. Every drawing, calculation package, or engineering letter is issued under professional responsibility and complies with Ontario engineering standards.
Are you a licensed Professional Engineer?
Yes. We prepare and stamp structural drawings required by municipalities across Ontario.
This includes framing plans, beam designs, foundation details, retaining walls, load-bearing wall removal plans, and structural reports.
Do you provide stamped structural drawings for building permits
Simple wall removals: 2–5 business days , Standard renovation/addition: 5–10 business days, Shoring review: project-specific, Structural reports: 2–5 business days after site visit, Rush service may be available depending on workload.
